With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, Veronica has developed and managed successful purpose-driven initiatives for various clients, always maintaining a human-centered approach.
Currently, she oversees Public Media Women in Leadership’s various programs and events, most recently leading the production of the Public Media CEO/COO BootCamp with a tenure of 39 fellows, 6 of which are now in the C-Suite, and over 140 trainers. Veronica also developed PMWL’s mentorship initiative, supporting the professional and leadership development journeys of up to 200+ women in the public media system through the facilitation of one on one mentoring partnerships.
Beyond her work in public media, Veronica’s background stems in marketing and data analytics in both agency and academic research settings.
These experiences have inspired Veronica to create VRZA Solutions with the goal of implementing effective processes so organizations can focus on what matters most, serving their communities.
